I purchased this switch year ago. It does not pick the computer which is on, you have to switch manually, but even after that it may or may not work. Always see error: no keyboard present

Sub-par product.
On a sidenote, does anyone know what the hotkey combination for this device is, if there even is one? It doesn't even have a manufacturer's website.
